Support US Surgical Team by collaboration with field team supporting the group with primary focus on the new field representatives and working to identify qualified sales leads by following up on inbound opportunities from various marketing programs, outbound marketing campaigns or targeted campaigns and accounts specific to surgical side of the business and business development/agency opportunities. Nurture prospects over time, discover needs, offer relevant resources, learn where they are in the buying process and secure appointments that move the sale forward. Work to develop Key Opinion Leader opportunities (KPI’s) and Collaborate with Mimedx field personnel to help target competitive, new agency and business development accounts for future growth. Utilize targeted and insightful questions to speak knowledgeably with decision makers, provide content and product/service information, and work with prospects to explain how product and/or service can create partnerships for future growth. Document outbound/inbound activity and maintain client accounts in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other marketing databases. Work closely with marketing and sales teams. Position will qualify for Incentive Comp program.
