This position plays a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The mission for the Sales Development Representative (SDR) is to make the first connection with prospective clients. The SDR will focus on territory and pipeline development and will act as the ‘hunter’. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will generate new business opportunities by developing and managing processes to prospect into accounts. You’ll learn how to identify and research lists of companies to target and will assist in the development and implementation of email and telephone campaigns to generate new business opportunities. The typical profile of a successful SDR includes natural talents for Achievement, Competition, Focus, and Relationship Building, among other strengths. The SDR also needs to be strongly self-motivated, goal-oriented and methodical.
