DebtBlue is growing - and we're looking for driven, phone‑confident professionals to join our Sales team as Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)! As the first point of contact for our prospective clients, you'll play a major role in helping people take control of their financial future. Requirements

  • 1+ year inbound sales, call center, or SDR experience (preferred)
  • Excellent phone communication skills
  • Ability to follow scripts and structured processes
  • High urgency and responsiveness
  • Basic CRM knowledge (or ability to learn quickly)

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound sales calls quickly and professionally
  • Build rapport fast and follow a scripted qualification process
  • Verify customer information and determine eligibility
  • Transfer or schedule qualified prospects for Account Executives
  • Follow up on missed inbound calls within required timeframes
  • Document calls accurately in the CRM
  • Maintain compliance, quality, and process standards
