We're looking for a high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive our growth and expand our reach. Requirements

  • 1+ years in a sales, SDR, or BDR role—preferably in SaaS or tech
  • Competitive, curious, and coachable with a growth mindset
  • Excellent communicator—concise, persuasive, and confident in both writing and speaking
  • Comfortable with CRM systems, LinkedIn, and modern sales tools
  • Team-first attitude with a genuine passion for sports, tech, and winning as a group

  • Bonus points for experience in youth sports, sports tech, facility management, or recreation

Responsibilities

  • Become a subject matter expert on the Bond Sports platform and the needs of the sports facilities we serve
  • Drive high-volume, high-quality outreach through phone, email, and social platforms to connect with our prospective partners
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to convert qualified leads into demos and revenue
  • Promote the industry-leading product that is well-received by potential partners
  • Consistently hit (and exceed) monthly and quarterly targets
