As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Bluespring Wealth Partners you’ll play a critical role in generating new business by identifying and engaging prospective financial advisor firms and firm owners. You will create activity in the early and intermediate stages of our sales funnel, and you will create leads for our external recruiters to close. Your main goal will be to schedule meetings for our Business Development (BD) team by effectively sourcing leads, following up on Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), and progressing prospects through our sales funnel. This is a high energy, high activity role that directly supports firm growth and plays a vital part in filling the pipeline with quality opportunities.
