About The Position

The Budd Group is a leader in facility solutions, and we’re looking for a high-energy Sales Representative to help us grow our footprint in the Nashville market. Reporting directly to our AVP of Business Development, this is your chance to break into B2B sales with a company that values family, integrity, and hard work.

Requirements

  • A People Person: You’re persuasive, have a great phone presence, and love meeting new people.
  • Grit: Rejection doesn't slow you down; it fuels your next call.
  • Driven: You’re organized, tech-savvy (Microsoft/Google), and ready to manage your own territory.
  • Ready to Roll: You have a valid Driver’s License and a "whatever it takes" attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Outbound cold calling, lead generation, and qualifying prospects for our janitorial and maintenance service lines.
  • Get out of the office! You’ll spend 50% of your time traveling for in-person appointments and networking events.
  • Drive the sales pipeline from the first "hello" to the final contract close.
