The Sales Development Representative is responsible for driving pipeline growth through high volume outbound prospecting and effective lead qualification within key markets. This role is focused on consistent daily outreach, engaging prospective clients, and converting interest into qualified sales opportunities across our core verticals, including restaurants, retail, healthcare, eCommerce, SaaS, and service-based businesses, while also identifying and qualifying both low to high risk merchants. As the first point of contact in the sales cycle, the SDR plays a critical role in revenue generation by building initial relationships, identifying business needs, and setting high quality meetings. You will partner closely with the sales team by passing qualified opportunities, including more complex and higher-risk merchant profiles, to support strong pipeline development and successful deal conversion.
