About The Position

A Broker Sales Development Rep at IOU Financial acts as an extension of the sales team of Account Executives, assisting in cultivating broker relationships, working deal stipulations, and responding to client and broker requests.

Responsibilities

  • Works with assigned Account Executive to review and enter loan applications into the IOU Financial lending platform.
  • Works with internal and external partners in professional manner, assisting with problem solving and structuring loan requests.
  • Works with Account Executives to expedite and present loan offers.
  • Assists Account Executives with troubleshooting, resolving system and/or product issues, and addressing partner concerns.
  • Develops and maintains in-depth knowledge of IOU Financial products and services.
