About The Position

Become an expert at using lead generation tools to generate lists of target prospect accounts (Suppliers, General Contractors, and/or Sub-contractors.) Qualify prospects based on their current business challenges and needs using targeted and relevant questions. Schedule demo calls for our inside sales team. Be proficient at using a sales development platform to execute the outreach process consisting of phone, email, and social touches. Meet or exceed qualified lead/demos quota every month. Strive to continuously improve your sales development process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices. Represent and demonstrate our company values, brand, and mission. Requirements

  • Experienced. Selling SaaS solutions/Inside Sales - Construction space preferred.
  • Performer. Consistent overachievement of sales goals in a large geographic territory. You need to be fearless, fast-paced, and have a growth-mindset.
  • Sales Cycle Expert. You have expertise at a higher level. You develop and lead prospects by applying analytics to specific business issues. You know how to “drive a deal.”
  • Evangelist. Highly driven individual with an execution focus, and a strong sense of urgency, and a belief in PlanHub’s mission. You can go beyond relationship management.
  • Team Player. You understand the early stage. You understand the need to work as a team for everyone to be successful. You know there are never enough resources, and every day presents a challenge. You thrive on “building it yourself” and the satisfaction it brings.
  • Excellent Communicator. You know what to say and more importantly, how and when to say it.
  • Working knowledge of current tech stack: HubSpot, G-Suite, Zoom.
