The Sales Development Representative plays a critical role in driving growth within the utility locating industry by connecting our Sales and Product Management teams with key decision-makers. This position is responsible for identifying opportunities early in the project lifecycle, engaging engineers, project managers, and distributors, and securing high-value meetings that influence product specifications, including marker balls. This is an ideal role for a motivated, self-driven professional who thrives in proactive outreach, enjoys building relationships, and wants to make a measurable impact on company growth. In addition to the hourly rate the position is eligible for variable earnings based on leads created/created/followed.
