The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will identify modernization, services, and equipment sales opportunities across law enforcement and commercial shooting range facilities. This role is highly execution focused. The SDR will review internal company records, identify people and facilities to contact, conduct high-volume outbound phone calls, and accurately document findings in the CRM. The goal is to uncover opportunities for sales and service needs and route those leads to the correct internal teams. This is not a closing role. Success is measured by calls completed, information captured, and opportunities identified and documented. This role helps capture otherwise unseen opportunities by turning outbound outreach and structured data collection into actionable pipeline for Sales, Service, and Store Product teams.
