About The Position

The Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for executing high-volume, multi-channel outbound prospecting to generate qualified meetings for the sales team. This role focuses on disciplined execution across calls, email, and LinkedIn, applying strict qualification criteria before booking meetings and maintaining strong pipeline hygiene in HubSpot. The SDR will manage prospect conversations end-to-end, ensuring quality over quantity, and contributing to pipeline growth through structured outreach, re-engagement of dormant leads, and continuous optimization of messaging and sequences.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, business development, or SDR roles with high-volume activity targets
  • Strong experience with multi-channel prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn outreach)
  • Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, and prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Ability to qualify prospects effectively and manage pipeline from first contact to booked meeting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft clear and personalized outreach messages
  • Experience working in structured, metrics-driven environments with activity and conversion targets
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time and priorities in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with financial services or willingness to quickly learn the industry (wealth management, RIAs, broker-dealers)

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn) following structured sequences in HubSpot, ensuring consistent daily activity and personalized messaging.
  • Identify and prioritize target prospects using tools like Ample Market and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, focusing on wealth management firms that match the ideal customer profile.
  • Qualify prospects through discovery conversations, validating firm characteristics, decision-making authority, and pain points before booking meetings.
  • Schedule and confirm meetings for Account Executives, ensuring high show rates through proactive follow-ups and clear communication.
  • Re-engage dormant and recycled leads by analyzing prior interactions and tailoring outreach strategies to restart conversations.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data by logging all activities, updating pipeline stages, and ensuring full visibility of prospect interactions.
  • Contribute to outbound performance optimization by sharing insights on messaging, sequences, objections, and channel effectiveness.
