The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a pivotal role in Second Nature’s growth by identifying and qualifying potential Property Manager clients. The SDR uses various methods (outbound cold calls, cold and warm emails, LI Navigator, etc.) to generate and qualify leads and effectively communicates the value proposition of Second Nature’s Resident Benefits Package (RBP) while also conducting discovery to gather client intel. The SDR will also work closely with the marketing team to participate in multifaceted outreach campaigns. This role serves as a crucial stepping stone to the Account Executive team. Successful SDRs will have the opportunity for career advancement with a clear path to transition into an Account Executive role.
