Requirements

  • Experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development (BDR) role or strong interest in starting a career in sales
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, both written and verbal
  • Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to learn and improve
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach and performance-based roles
  • Ability to work in person in a collaborative, high-energy office environment
  • Motivated by growth, ownership, and the opportunity to advance quickly

  • Prior experience exceeding quota or sales targets
  • Experience selling B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or professional services
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

Responsibilities

  • Own top-of-funnel sales efforts by identifying, prospecting, and engaging new customers
  • Generate qualified pipeline through outbound efforts including email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and sales leadership to convert interest into revenue
  • Learn the customer pain points deeply and communicate value clearly and confidently
  • Help refine and improve outbound messaging, sequencing, and sales processes as the team scales
  • Contribute to building the foundational playbook for a rapidly growing sales organization
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with clear metrics and goals
