About The Position

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be on the front lines of Cerbo OptiMantra’s growth, responsible for creating and qualifying new business opportunities. You’ll research, prospect, and connect with healthcare practices that can benefit from Cerbo OptiMantra, sparking the first conversation and setting the stage for long-term partnerships.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer- facing role (SaaS or healthcare industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal).
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and outreach daily.
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate new technology solutions.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Coachable, eager to learn, and driven to achieve measurable results

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified meetings and pipeline for the sales team.
  • Build awareness of Cerbo OptiMantra’s value among prospective clients in functional and integrative medicine, direct primary care, and general wellness practices.
  • Maintain a consistent outreach cadence through phone, email, and other channels.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives and marketing to refine messaging and targeting strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed activity and pipeline creation goals.
  • Research and identify potential client accounts through targeted outbound efforts.
  • Conduct cold calls, emails, and social outreach to engage decision-makers.
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and convert them into opportunities.
  • Clearly articulate Cerbo OptiMantra’s value proposition and tailor messaging to prospects’ business needs.
  • Use CRM tools to track activities, maintain accurate pipeline data, and report on results.
  • Collaborate with the broader sales and marketing teams to continuously improve messaging and conversion rates.
