The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for generating new sales opportunities through daily prospecting and outreach within an assigned territory. This role partners closely with Account Executives (AEs) and Specialists to build pipeline, schedule qualified meetings, and support revenue growth. The SDR will consistently meet or exceed defined activity, pipeline, and sales objectives while learning and executing RJ Young’s five-step sales process and demonstrating product and solution knowledge. This position serves as a foundational sales role with a defined growth path into outside sales or specialist roles based on performance.
