About the role This is a unique opportunity for a motivated and dynamic SDR to join our team and contribute to the growth of new business prospecting for North America . We seek someone who finds this opportunity to own an enormous patch of untouched accounts across the whole of North America – exciting! You will use your prospecting expertise to generate qualified sales opportunities in businesses matching our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and then hand them off to our Sales Executives to close. You’ll also collaborate closely with our talented sales and marketing teams to deliver innovative and compelling messaging, used in targeted campaigns, solidifying that both you and the Innovative / FinScan brand are worthy of people’s busy schedules. For starters, you are a native-level English speaker with excellent, professional verbal and written communication skills. Are you fluent in any other languages? If so, you may be able to utilize those skills as well! You’ve already experienced success as an SDR / BDR / AE and have used tools such as Salesloft, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, or LeadIQ. You’ve developed proficiency prospecting by Phone, Email, and LinkedIn InMail – and for you, reaching out by phone is a no-brainer and something you do readily! In short, your experience has proven that by following a process, being consistent with activities, and working hard, you’ve established the building blocks to succeed and overperform! Your friends and colleagues know you as naturally motivated and when you put your mind to it – there is no doubt that you will reach and exceed challenging goals and milestones. They likely describe you as a “tenacious” and “confident” – “sales hunter who doesn’t like to fail”! Ideally your experience comes from working within a SaaS or software environment for the past year or perhaps a bit more. Regardless of your industry background, you know first-hand the importance and the value of researching and uncovering a prospects' strategic objectives, their challenges and needs, and ultimately - what they value most! And – from a career perspective, you are incredibly motivated to progress into a full-cycle sales or SDR management role in the future!
