About The Position

A leading global provider of SaaS and on-premise software data management and compliance solutions, we are looking for talented and dynamic Sales Development Representatives to support our continuing expansion and growth. This is your chance to join an elite team! About the role This is a unique opportunity for a motivated and dynamic SDR to join our team and contribute to the growth of new business prospecting for North America . We seek someone who finds this opportunity to own an enormous patch of untouched accounts across the whole of North America – exciting! You will use your prospecting expertise to generate qualified sales opportunities in businesses matching our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and then hand them off to our Sales Executives to close. You’ll also collaborate closely with our talented sales and marketing teams to deliver innovative and compelling messaging, used in targeted campaigns, solidifying that both you and the Innovative / FinScan brand are worthy of people’s busy schedules. For starters, you are a native-level English speaker with excellent, professional verbal and written communication skills. Are you fluent in any other languages? If so, you may be able to utilize those skills as well! You’ve already experienced success as an SDR / BDR / AE and have used tools such as Salesloft, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, or LeadIQ. You’ve developed proficiency prospecting by Phone, Email, and LinkedIn InMail – and for you, reaching out by phone is a no-brainer and something you do readily! In short, your experience has proven that by following a process, being consistent with activities, and working hard, you’ve established the building blocks to succeed and overperform! Your friends and colleagues know you as naturally motivated and when you put your mind to it – there is no doubt that you will reach and exceed challenging goals and milestones. They likely describe you as a “tenacious” and “confident” – “sales hunter who doesn’t like to fail”! Ideally your experience comes from working within a SaaS or software environment for the past year or perhaps a bit more. Regardless of your industry background, you know first-hand the importance and the value of researching and uncovering a prospects' strategic objectives, their challenges and needs, and ultimately - what they value most! And – from a career perspective, you are incredibly motivated to progress into a full-cycle sales or SDR management role in the future!

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Consistently conduct high-quality prospecting activities for a predefined set of accounts to generate well-qualified sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with account executives, sales leadership, marketing and other internal teams to stay aligned on strategy and ensure cross functional work is undertaken maximizing efficiency
  • Utilize your ‘project manager’ skills to coordinate internal resources and lead internal account plan update meetings as well as manage the steps necessary to land a meeting (materials, actions), and to engage other internal stakeholders when needed
  • Map prospective accounts around organizational structure, people, and existing technology to form a coherent and clear understanding of relevant and applicable value propositions
  • Invest time to thoroughly research and learn your prospect accounts inside out, including challenges, latest updates, personnel changes or other compelling news events
  • Successfully engage C level executives in targeted prospect accounts
  • Manage and nurture a pipeline of high priority prospects
  • Leverage our tech stack to prospect into specific geographic territories and sectors
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the companies and markets you oversee
