About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, building relationships with key decision-makers, and ultimately driving new business for Qureos.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1-5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the software industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation strategies
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and market trends

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and identify potential leads
  • Reach out to prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted strategies for lead generation
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel
  • Keep accurate records of all communication with leads in our CRM system
  • Provide regular updates and reports on your performance and progress to the sales manager
