The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a critical role in fueling the growth of the SleepCharge business by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective employer clients and strategic partners. This role focuses on building the top of the sales pipeline by proactively prospecting new accounts, generating qualified meetings, and creating opportunities for the Regional Vice Presidents of Sales and broader commercial team. The SDR will engage potential clients through strategic outreach including cold calling, email campaigns, social selling, and industry events. By initiating meaningful conversations with benefits leaders, HR executives, and healthcare decision makers, the SDR will uncover needs, position Nox Health’s value proposition, and transition qualified prospects into active opportunities within the sales pipeline. Working as a key member of the SleepCharge business development team, the Sales Development Representative collaborates closely with marketing, consultant relations, sales leadership, analytics, client success, and operations to ensure a coordinated approach to prospect engagement and pipeline growth. Success in this role directly contributes to Nox Health’s ability to expand its market presence and deliver innovative sleep health solutions to employer populations. The Sales Development Representative reports to the EVP, Employer sales as a core member of the SleepCharge business development team.
