As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will support the Kustomer sales effort in multiple functions while developing your skills for a full-cycle sales role. Your daily responsibilities will include the prospecting and sourcing of potential decision makers, outbound lead generation and leading qualification meetings. You will create an excellent first impression for prospective customers over multiple channels, including email, phone, and social. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams driving Kustomer’s message to the market. We are focused on hiring in the New York, NY metropolitan areas. We will bring the team together periodically for in-person training and work sessions. You must already be located in the tri-state area (CT, NY, NJ).
