Requirements

  • 1–2 years B2B SDR experience
  • Strong outbound email copy skills
  • Comfortable with high outbound call and email activity
  • Confident using HubSpot or similar CRM
  • Authorized to work in the U.S
  • Top 25% performer in a current or previous SDR Role

Nice To Haves

  • Aviation or charter exposure
  • Webinar or campaign support experience
  • Experience pulling lists in HubSpot
  • Familiar with outbound psychology

Responsibilities

  • Identify buyers inside charter and aviation accounts
  • Segment audiences using HubSpot and JetNet
  • Write high-converting outbound email sequences
  • Launch and optimize HubSpot drip campaigns
  • Propose webinar ideas tied to market pain
  • Book qualified meetings for AEs
  • Track reply rates and improve messaging
