Sales Development Representative

RC MowersSuamico, WI

About The Position

You’re the person who starts the conversation that turns into revenue. At RC Mowers, we’re not selling a commodity. We’re selling a different way of doing work—replacing dangerous, expensive manual labor with autonomous and remote-operated machines. That means this role isn’t about waiting for leads to come in. It’s about going out and creating them. You’ll be the first touchpoint. The one who gets ignored, pushed back on, told “not interested”—and keeps going anyway. This is a high-volume inside sales role. It’s structured, but still evolving. The wins don’t come instantly—they come from consistency, discipline, and putting in the work every single day. Here’s what that actually looks like: 50+ outbound calls per day across targeted industries Multiple touchpoints per prospect (calls, emails, follow-ups) Building pipeline through persistence—not quick wins Working inside a process that’s improving in real time This isn’t for someone looking for easy wins. It’s for someone who wants to get better, build skill, and earn results. We’re building something real here. Not a polished, fully built sales machine—but a growing system that needs people who want to help shape it. That means: You’ll have impact early You’ll see what works (and what doesn’t) firsthand You’ll build real sales skills—not just follow a script You’ll be part of a team that expects accountability but supports growth If you want a role where everything is handed to you, this isn’t it. If you want a role where you can build something—and yourself—this is it.
