On a daily basis the sales development representative will make cold calls, send emails, and lead high-level discovery calls with new business prospects. Ultimately, the goal of this role is to book sales appointments that eventually turn into legitimate sales opportunities. Sales development representatives will be measured by key performance indicators, weekly, quarterly, and annually. The KPI’s will include but not be limited to the number of emails sent, number of calls made, and number of meetings booked.
