VideaHealth is on a mission to improve oral health through dental AI. As the Sales Development Team Lead, you’ll play a critical role in building and scaling our outbound motion. You’ll lead by example—owning pipeline generation while coaching and developing a high-performing SDR team. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-growing environments, enjoys building from the ground up, and wants to shape how outbound is done at a category-defining healthtech company. You’ll partner closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to drive pipeline, refine messaging, and establish best practices as we scale.
