We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us share our vision with the world. You won’t just be "making calls", you’ll be the face of a brand-new category in tech. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of proven success in a sales-driven role (SDR, BDR, or AE).
- Communication: Exceptional English skills. (Bonus points if you have great "Zoom energy" or can suggest a killer tea remedy for allergies over video).
- The "Hunter" Mindset: You aren’t just looking to book meetings; you’re focused on driving real revenue and seeing deals through to the finish line.
- The Setup: A dedicated home office with high-speed internet and a professional backdrop for video calls.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time during US Business Hours (EST/CST).
Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting: Building a healthy pipeline through high-energy daily touchpoints across email, social selling, and phone calls.
- Lead Qualification: Chatting with decision-makers to see if they’re a perfect fit for our game-changing services.
- Pipeline Management: Keeping our CRM organized so that every potential "win" is tracked and nurtured.
- Strategic Follow-ups: Using your persistence and charm to turn a "maybe" into a "let's do this!"
- Collaboration: Partnering directly with our leadership team to sharpen our scripts and strategies based on what you’re hearing on the front lines.
