About The Position

Franzy has raised $3.5M from some of the biggest names in business and content (Alex Hormozi, Anthony Pompliano, and others) to build the Zillow for buying and selling franchises. Demand from aspiring business owners is exploding. Thousands of buyers are coming to Franzy every month and we need someone on the front lines who can energize, qualify, and guide them toward taking their next step into franchise ownership. We’re looking for someone who’s hungry, charismatic, and obsessed with helping people feel confident about becoming a business owner. This is a Charlotte-based role at Franzy's Uptown CLT HQ.

Responsibilities

  • Make 25+ calls a day to prospects who are exploring franchise opportunities
  • Build rapport quickly and create a standout first impression of the Franzy team
  • Spot high-intent buyers early and prioritize the right conversations
  • Tailor each call to a prospect’s goals, motivation, and readiness
  • Confirm financial qualification and ensure prospects are prepared to move now
  • Convert inbound interest into booked coaching calls with our Franchise Advisors
  • Use calls, texts, emails, and LinkedIn to spark meaningful engagement
