Requirements

  • Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to win
  • Confident communicator with strong listening and writing skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent with follow-through
  • Curious, coachable, and hungry to grow
  • Comfortable hearing “no” and pushing forward anyway
  • Prior SDR or outbound sales experience is a plus—not a requirement
  • CRM experience preferred, but we’ll train the right person

Responsibilities

  • Make daily outbound connections via calls, emails, texts, and LinkedIn
  • Start real conversations and uncover business needs
  • Book qualified meetings and build a strong sales pipeline
  • Follow up creatively and persistently to drive engagement
  • Partner with Sales and RSR teams to exceed monthly goals
  • Share ideas to improve outreach, messaging, and the customer experience
