About The Position

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outbound sales, particularly within the North American market,and be skilled in leveraging AI tools to force multiply their efforts. As an SDR, you will play a critical role in identifying and engaging potential clients, nurturing relationships, and ultimately driving revenue growth through outbound efforts

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in outbound sales as an outbound SDR.
  • Minimum of 12 months of experience in the SaaS industry
  • Proficiency in utilizing tools such as Salesforce.com, Sales Navigator, Lusha, Outreach, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.
  • Native English speaker. Fluency in other languages is an added plus.
  • Strong understanding of BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) qualification methodology
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Must be able to work in our San Francisco office at least 2 days a week. Lunch is on us!

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in mobile marketing and marketing technology is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate new business opportunities within the North American market.
  • Discover new accounts not created in our CRM and ensure their accurate documentation within the system
  • Attend events and industry conferences to network and generate leads (~ 4-8x a year )
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute effective prospecting strategies
  • Leverage your expertise in SaaS solutions to articulate the value proposition of CleverTap's platform to potential clients
  • Utilize a variety of tools, including Salesforce.com, Sales Navigator, Lusha, Outreach, and Apollo, to streamline sales processes and maximize efficiency
  • Engage with prospects via phone calls, emails, and social media to establish rapport and understand their business needs
  • Conduct thorough research on target accounts and industries to tailor outreach efforts effectively
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and opportunities in our CRM system
