We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic SDR Lead to own and build Moxie’s outbound efforts—personally driving qualified meetings and pipeline and making outbound a core, measurable part of how we grow. This is a true player-coach role with a clear path to leadership, where you’ll shape how outbound works at Moxie and grow into managing and scaling an SDR team over time. We already have strong demand and a capable sales team. What we don’t yet have is a dedicated outbound SDR function. This role will fully own outbound—from prospecting and messaging to booking meetings and partnering with AEs on pipeline quality—and turn it into a reliable, repeatable source of qualified pipeline.
