About The Position

About the Role Atropos Health is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our commercial sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads to build a strong Life Sciences sales pipeline. You’ll work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify target prospects, initiate contact through various outbound channels, and set up discovery meetings. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, highly organized, and passionate about transforming healthcare through real-world evidence. This position requires excellent communications skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a prior SDR role calling on Life Sciences or Health System accounts
  • Proven track record of exceeding performance metrics (meetings booked, pipeline generated)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling outreach messages
  • Regularly demonstrates professional persistence when daily prospecting
  • Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, and using LinkedIn for prospecting to executive-level stakeholders
