About The Position

Persona is looking for a Summer Sales Development Intern who’s curious, motivated, and excited to learn how revenue is built at a fast-growing tech company. This is a hands-on, entry-level role designed to give you real exposure to sales, tech, and go-to-market strategy. No prior sales experience required. The Duration of this internship is 12 weeks . If you’re interested in startups, technology, or building practical business skills, this internship is for you.

Requirements

  • Currently a Junior in college actively pursuing a degree
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative
  • Interest in sales, technology, or startups

Responsibilities

  • Research companies and industries to identify high-potential customers
  • Support outbound prospecting through email and modern sales tools
  • Learn how to qualify leads and help schedule meetings for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate and organized records in Salesforce
  • Participate in training, mentorship, and shadowing to build sales and product knowledge
