About The Position

This is a high-impact, inside sales role focused on generating and qualifying leads for our sales team. You will be responsible for building pipeline through a mix of outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up, helping Account Executives drive revenue growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow into an Account Executive role.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of inside sales, SDR, or phone-based sales experience
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • High energy, driven, and results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Experience with Salesforce or CRM tools is an asset
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting calls to qualify leads and generate new opportunities
  • Follow up on inbound leads and convert them into qualified sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives
  • Deliver a positive, high-quality experience to prospects
  • Track and manage all activity in Salesforce (or CRM tools)
  • Consistently meet and exceed individual and team targets
