ABOUT THE POSITION The Sales Development Manager drives early-stage growth by conducting market research, developing go to market strategies, and targeting strategic accounts as well as identifying acquisition targets. This role drives lead-generation efforts, builds criteria for ideal customer and company profiles, and supports long term planning through a structured three-to-five-year business plan. The manager engages directly with prospects through site visits, trade shows, and presentations, while preparing quotes, creating marketing literature, and supporting campaigns to strengthen pipeline development and market expansion.
