As the first dedicated sales leadership hire reporting into the VP of Sales, the Sales Development Manager will play a critical part in building Juicebox’s outbound engine from the ground up. This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on builder who thrives in early-stage environments and wants to help scale a high-growth sales organization. This role will build and scale Juicebox’s outbound sales development motion and will lead the SDR team, build the systems and processes that power pipeline generation, and partner closely with Sales and Revenue Operations to drive consistent outbound performance.
