About The Position

The Sales Desk Coordinator supports the sales organization by managing complex and non-standard deal structures, pricing approvals, contract compliance, and some quote-to-cash activities. This role ensures deals are accurate, efficient, and aligned with company policies, revenue recognition standards, and overall business strategy. Acting as a trusted collaborator to Sales and partnering closely with Finance, Legal, and Product/Pricing, the coordinator streamlines processes, reduces risk, accelerates sales cycles, and improves overall deal quality and execution.

Requirements

  • BA/BS preferred but not required
  • 1-3 years' experience in a relevant role
  • Experience working with basic office and sales related applications such as Microsoft Excel, NetSuite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Resourceful and well organized
  • Ability to write customer-appropriate correspondence
  • Possess strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet established deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Assist sales reps with preparing quotes and order forms within CRM/CPQ tools.
  • Assist sales reps with post-sold deals that require correction amendments
  • Review subscription details (term length, employee count, pricing tiers, discounting) for accuracy.
  • Help ensure deals align with pricing guidelines.
  • Support special pricing requests and escalation approvals to executives, such as CSO/CFO/CEO.
  • Serve as a liaison between Sales, Finance, Legal, Product/Pricing, and other internal teams to finalize deals.
  • Gather required information for non-standard deal requests and route approvals through the correct workflow.
  • Facilitate end-to-end approval workflows for complex deals.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, revenue recognition rules, and regulatory requirements to maintain documentation accuracy.
  • Assist with post-sold deal activities such as deal assignment correction, splits.
