Requirements

Strong sales experience, ideally in in-home or consultative sales
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects
Comfortable taking measurements and handling technical aspects of projects
Positive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset
Proficiency with technology; experience with quoting tools is a plus

A background in design is helpful, but not required. Comprehensive training is provided.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-home consultations and guide clients through window treatment design decisions
Build strong relationships and deliver a high level of customer service with both retail and wholesale partners
Manage each sale from initial inquiry through final installation
Take accurate measurements and develop detailed project scopes
Coordinate with installers to ensure smooth project execution
Oversee projects from start to finish, assisting in account and project management to ensure quality and client satisfaction
Assist with showroom appointments and walk-in clients
Maintain a professional, welcoming environment
Collaborate with team members to support overall operations
