About The Position

Sales Coordinator: Temp-to-Hire Position Location: Fairfield, NJ (on-site) Pay: $18 - 23 /hour Schedule: 40 hours a week - Must have flexibility to work on Sundays. What You'll Do Process customer orders accurately and efficiently to support the sales team Serve as a main point of contact for customer inquiries, order status, and product availability Maintain and update customer records, pricing, and product information in CRM systems Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for leadership Coordinate with operations, logistics, and marketing to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction Assist with sales presentations, proposals, and promotional materials Resolve order, shipment, and customer-related issues in a timely manner

Requirements

High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
2+ years of experience in a sales support, coordinator, customer support or similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to support multiple stakeholders

Responsibilities
