About The Position

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to streamline our sales operations and provide exceptional support to our account managers and customers. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end sales process – for both new equipment and systems projects. This individual will partner with our sales and accounting departments and will interact with vendors and customers within the intralogistics warehouse space.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite
  • 2-4 years experience carrying out coordination for a sales department, or project management experience
  • In office position – remote work extremely limited

Responsibilities

  • Carry out distribution of all sales order acknowledgements and track shipments of all incoming orders.
  • Carry out equipment/materials ordering and change order requests for clients
  • Input customer information, equipment data, etc. into the computer system
  • Partner with sales and financial team to help with new leases and equipment lease management
  • Match vendor invoices with purchase orders and receivers and forward to appropriate manager for approval.
  • Tracking all Monthly billing and RTO’s and process paperwork for customer and accounting
  • Assist Accounts Receivable with collections as needed.
  • Complete all internal paperwork for accounting daily and answer any accounting questions in a timely manner to close out the month.
  • Work with finance team monthly, quarterly, and yearly on auditor requests
  • Organize and maintain all files and records.
