We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of products including custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall beds, garage cabinetry, and more. Position Overview We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support multiple departments within our growing business. This role is essential to our success and requires a strong commitment to client satisfaction through friendly, professional, and effective communication.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills (in person and by phone)
- Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Confident and professional demeanor when working with design professionals, clients (existing and prospective), and management
- Passion for helping people and delivering excellent customer experiences
- Desire to learn and understand all aspects of our proven sales model
- Working knowledge of computers and general office procedures
- Customer-oriented, friendly, and enthusiastic
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic
Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales-related activities across departments
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, designers, and internal teams
- Ensure timely follow-up on tasks, projects, and customer inquiries
- Provide general office support and assist with day-to-day administrative duties
