About The Position

The Sales Coordinator is a highly operational, detail-oriented role that supports Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. You’ll handle day-to-day client and partner requests, keep deals from slipping through the cracks, and make sure orders, quotes, and follow-ups are handled quickly and accurately. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the connective tissue between teams and takes pride in keeping things organized, responsive, and on track.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience using HubSpot as a primary CRM (this is a must-have)
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Clear written communication and comfort working with customers and partners
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, or Revenue Operations teams
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth startup environments
  • Familiarity with quoting, billing workflows, or channel sales models

Responsibilities

  • Handle simple client requests such as updating billing contacts, sending user invites, helping with account setup, re-activating expired trials, and creating new trials
  • Answer low-level client questions and route customers to Sales, Customer Success, ISVs, or channel partners as needed
  • Ensure customers are properly introduced to the correct reseller or regional channel partner
  • Follow up with internal channel teams and flag delays, issues, or gaps
  • Support vendor onboarding, including questionnaires, documentation, company details, and partner portals
  • Assist with deal checks to ensure quarterly deals are not overlooked
  • Track pending client requests and follow up with internal teams to ensure timely responses
  • Help ensure priority internal, client, channel, partnership, and billing tasks are completed
  • Ensure orders are entered correctly with no missing fields
  • Flag issues raised by Revenue Operations and help resolve them quickly
  • Support quoting by helping with costings, reissuing expired quotes, making revisions, updating contacts or addresses, and managing quote adjustments
  • Track meeting outcomes and confirm that priority follow-ups are completed (product information, quotes, introductions, next steps)
  • Pre-qualify inbound emails from shared inboxes (sales@, hello@, and messages routed from Support) and route them to Sales or Partnerships
