Requirements

Associates degree in accounting or related field and 2 years accounting, administrative and/or clerical experience required
Computer literate and have strong customer service skills along with spreadsheet software

Responsibilities

Coordinate order placement with suppliers and act as a liaison between the company, suppliers, sales force and customers regarding order status.
Process internal work orders, delivery slips, demos, delivery packets, and review completed work orders
Process billing for all equipment deliveries and resolve errors
Assist customers with order acknowledgement and ship-in letters, etc.
Establish, maintain and update green book/inventory, databases, records, pricing, sales journals, and/or other documents
Prepare and maintain commissions reports and perform routine analyses and calculations in the processing of data for recurring internal reports
