Requirements

  • High School Diploma or General Educational Development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal and analytical abilities
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Proactive, tenacious, and results-driven approach to work
  • Strong decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to quickly adapt to new software systems
  • Previous experience in customer service–focused, cross-functional environments

Nice To Haves

  • Strong working knowledge of Excel
  • Experience working in flavor houses, fragrance companies, or food-related industries
  • Background supporting customer service, administrative, project, and operational functions

Responsibilities

  • In collaboration with the Account Manager (AM), enter customer briefs and related tasks into our System (Salesforce)
  • Ensure adherence to required processes from brief-to-win through initial order fulfillment
  • Maintain accurate project, customer, and pricing information in Salesforce and PriceForce, communicating changes as needed
  • Ensure accurate execution and maintenance of approved customer pricing in SAP
  • Troubleshoot system-related issues and proactively remove potential roadblocks whenever possible
  • Handle internal and external inquiries on behalf of the Account Managers (AM), often independently
  • Facilitate, expedite, and track customer inquiries, samples, documentation, and creative-related tasks
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with both internal and external customers
  • Keep the AM informed of potential disruptions relevant to the brief-to-win process
  • Coordinate across multiple internal departments to support customer and business needs
