The Sales Coordinator serves as the main point of contact between Sales, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Accounting, Shipping and our customers. They also handle day to day activities around purchase order fulfillment including receiving, processing, and overseeing orders until the customer receives the product satisfactorily. Additionally, they manage returns and adjustments requested by the customer, and stay informed about new products and pricing. The Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting our customers and ensuring the seamless flow of the sales process.
