As a member of the Customer Contract Administration team supporting BD Biosciences, this role will report to the Manager, Capital Contracting and work in partnership with Customer Contract Administration colleagues, the BDB Sales Team, Finance, Customer Service, and other cross-functional partners. The primary responsibilities of this role include performing contract execution and maintenance functions associated with reagent rental and related contract types (Reagent Rental Contracts, Reagent Plus Agreements, Reagent Purchase and Service Coverage Contracts, Option Acquisition Plan Agreements, etc.). This role will be part of a team that manages the contract administration functions associated with BDB sales contracts. The primary responsibilities of this role entail performing contract execution and maintenance activities associated with reagent rental and related contract types. You will be expected to perform contract administration and maintenance functions throughout the contract lifecycle beginning from receipt of a fully signed agreement/amendment, to complete contract compliance activities, and perform end-of-contract and instrument retirement activities.
