Requirements

Car sales experience and proven track record preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiencyâ¯in using CRM software and other sales tools, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
Required- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

Stay updated on the latest vehicle models, features, and industry trends through training sessions and industry events
Prepare and process necessary paperwork accurately, ensuring compliance with dealership policies and local, state, and federal regulations
Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business, handling queries and concerns promptly and professionally
Collaborate with the sales team, finance department, and service team to deliver a seamless customer experience, contributing to team goals andâ¯participatingâ¯in sales meetings
Conduct test drives toâ¯demonstrateâ¯keyâ¯vehicle featuresâ¯for customers
Maintain a positive and professional image of yourself and the company at all times
