Requirements

Strong communication and listening skills
A hospitality mindset — do the right thing for the guest, every time
Comfort using digital tools and follow-up systems
Professional presence and attention to detail
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

Sales or customer-facing experience preferred (automotive experience a plus, not required)

Responsibilities

Guide guests through the BMW ownership journey — from first conversation to delivery and beyond
Prepare for each appointment to respect the guest’s time and preferences
Present vehicles, features, and options with clarity and confidence — never pressure
Use CRM tools to manage follow-up, appointments, and long-term relationships
Coordinate clean handoffs to finance and delivery for a seamless experience
Build repeat and referral business through trust, consistency, and hospitality
