Coming Soon! Porsche North Miami is opening soon, and we are looking for a Sales Consultant to join our team in mid-March. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a brand-new Porsche dealership from day one, delivering best-in-class service and hospitality to our clients.

Requirements

  • Proven success in high-line automotive sales; Porsche experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Genuine passion for Porsche vehicles and the ability to speak knowledgeably about their design, technology, and performance.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for test drives and deliveries.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, dealership software, and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome every client with exceptional hospitality, building personalized relationships and understanding their unique automotive needs.
  • Deliver engaging product presentations that highlight the performance, craftsmanship, and advanced technology of Porsche vehicles.
  • Leverage your deep knowledge of Porsche’s lineup to match clients with the ideal model that fits their preferences.
  • Collaborate with F&I and Sales Managers to structure deals, negotiate terms, and ensure all requirements for leasing or purchasing are met.
  • Coordinate seamless vehicle deliveries, creating an unforgettable experience for every client.
  • Provide proactive, concierge-level service that anticipates client needs and exceeds expectations.
  • Participate in ongoing Porsche and Holman training programs to enhance product expertise and sales skills.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and professionalism across all departments.
