Requirements

• Successful sales track record preferred
• Experience in health insurance preferred
• 4-year bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong communication skills: ability to make technical presentations to all levels of organizations
• Solid mathematical propensity and analytical thought process
• Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ability to develop and stay active during a long sales cycle by finding a balance between utilizing sales methods and building long lasting relationships
• Source, engage and educate new prospective clients
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects
• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with centers of influence in the market
• Build and retain relationships with carriers
• Ability to be well versed in and sell a full suite of products and services
• Assist in the Agent of Record transfer for new clients to allow for an effortless transition
• Establish and document detailed records in our Salesforce CRM
