Responsibilities
- Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, empathy, and sincere hospitality.
- Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumer - via phone and in person
- Working at our front desk which includes answering phones and talking to members among other tasks
- Giving studio tours
- Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide 1st time guests through their first Orangetheory workout
- Understanding people's needs and helping them find a solution to fit their goals and needs
- Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
- Following though on contacting prospective clients
- Assisting current members with their needs in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution
- Participating in marketing, canvasing, and local community outreach and tabling events
- Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
