Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-service driven mindset
  • Sales experience preferred (automotive experience is a plus, but not required)
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process, from initial contact to delivery
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicle solutions
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Stay knowledgeable about GMC vehicles, features, and promotions
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
  • Provide a positive, professional dealership experience
